Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for items that meet our Return & Exchange Policy conditions (unused, unwashed, with original tags, reported within 3 days).

Refund Method

• For prepaid orders: refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• For Cash on Delivery orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as the customer prefers.

Non-Refundable

• Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error — wrong or defective item)
• Items that don't meet the return conditions listed in our Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return policy will apply.
