Shipping Policy

At FIT FASH, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment/order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
• Other cities across Pakistan: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charge: Rs. 250 across Pakistan
• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 7000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

FIT FASH offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. We will charge 200 extra if your location is remote
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp so you can track your parcel in real time.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier services including TCS / Leopards / M&P / PostEx — list whichever you use.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Fitfashpk@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.

International Shipping

Currently, FIT FASH only ships within Pakistan.
