Return/Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, socks, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/discount events
- Customized or made-to-order items
How to Request a Return/Exchange

2. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund
Exchange for Wrong Size/Item
If you received the wrong size or a defective/wrong item, FIT FASH will bear the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement free of charge.
Change of Mind
If you simply want to exchange for a different size/color, the customer will bear the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
